We are a family-owned company dedicated to providing biocontrol, plant nutrition, and biostimulation solutions.

With more than 133 years of experience in the manufacturing, registration, and commercialization of sustainable agricultural products, we are backed by a strong commitment to the environment, sustainability, and local communities through significant investment in research and development (R&D).

1893

In 1893, Juan Pallarès Bosch founded the company that is now known as Azufrera y Fertilizantes Pallarès, S.A.U. The business began by trading salt and installed a mill for its grinding and processing.

1924

In 1924, the sulfur refinery was established, marking the beginning of a new phase of growth. AFEPASA entered the industrial sector, supplying sulfur to the rubber, tire, and other manufacturing industries.

1970

In 1970, the company strengthened its presence across Spain and began expanding into new international markets, marking the start of an internationalization process that would shape its future growth.

2002

In 2002, AFEPASA inaugurated its new production facility in the Constantí Industrial Park. This modern plant significantly increased the company's production and storage capacity, strengthening its growth and preparing it to meet the challenges of international markets.

2018

In 2018, the launch of the Sultech biostimulant range accelerated AFEPASA's international expansion, extending its commercial presence across all five continents and to more than 70 countries, consolidating its position as a global leader in agricultural solutions.
