DISLAY WG Technology: Maximum Dispersion and Homogeneity in WG Formulations

The manufacturing process is based on continuous granulation using state-of-the-art equipment. The active ingredients and formulants are first micronised and subsequently structured into porous granules composed of successive concentric layers. This particular architecture creates interstitial spaces that facilitate water penetration into the granule, enabling rapid disintegration and dispersion, with a characteristic effervescent effect.

This structure also provides the granules with high physical strength, reducing degradation during handling, storage and transport. The result is a stable formulation with a reduced tendency to cake and virtually dust-free, facilitating dosing while improving safety and convenience during product handling.

 

Rapid dispersion and high suspensibility

Once added to water, granules manufactured using DISLAY WG technology achieve a high degree of dispersion, up to 96%, producing a homogeneous mixture in a short period of time.

Their high suspensibility keeps particles uniformly distributed throughout the spray solution, reducing premature sedimentation during preparation and application. At the same time, the formulation is designed to minimise persistent foam formation in the spray tank, facilitating both tank filling and application.

The optimised particle-size distribution and absence of coarse particles also help reduce the risk of filter and nozzle blockages, promoting uniform spraying and continuous operation of application equipment.

 

Improved wetting and uniform crop coverage

DISLAY WG technology goes beyond achieving rapid dispersion in water. The selection and balance of surfactants, dispersing agents and disintegrants also optimise the behaviour of the spray solution once it reaches the plant surface.

Droplets spread evenly across the leaf, promoting uniform wetting of the treated surface while reducing accumulation and run-off. As a result, the active ingredient can be distributed more consistently across the crop, improving the quality and uniformity of the application.
